The Scope of the Code Management Service is shown in the menu above for each respective credit under the Code for Sustainable Homes.

The provision of the Code Management Service may either be commissioned in part or in its entirety, at a discounted rate.

9.0 Ecology

Eco 1-4 Ecology
We will appoint an appropriately qualified ecologist who will inspect the site and determine the current ecological value and provide recommendations to maximise the credits available for this site. We will liaise with your design and construction teams to ensue the information is included on the working drawings and is correctly constructed on site respectively.

Eco 5 Building Footprint
We will undertake building footprint calculations to establish the number of credits available and liaise with your site team to produce the necessary as built information prior to the PCR.
