The Scope of the Code Management Service is shown in the menu above for each respective credit under the Code for Sustainable Homes.

The provision of the Code Management Service may either be commissioned in part or in its entirety, at a discounted rate.

 
 
Code Management
1.0 Energy

Ene 3   Internal Lighting
We will liaise with your design team to ensure that all the relevant information is incorporated onto the design drawings, obtain the appropriate technical information from your chosen manufacturer and obtain the necessary receipts / purchase orders for the Post Construction stage.

Ene 4   Drying Space
We will liaise with your design team to ensure an appropriate internal or external drying space is provided and ensure all necessary ventilation / heating and specification text is shown on the design drawings.  We will obtain the necessary receipts / purchase orders for the Post Construction stage.

Ene 5   Energy Labeled White Goods
We will produce a leaflet describing the EU Energy Efficiency Labeling Scheme, liaise with your design team to ensure the necessary information is included on the design drawings and ensure the leaflet is available in every dwelling prior to post construction inspection.

Ene 6   External Lighting
We will liaise with your design team to ensure that all the relevant information is incorporated onto the design drawings, obtain the appropriate technical information from your chosen manufacturer, obtain the necessary receipts / purchase orders.

Ene 7   LZC Technologies
We will provide a comprehensive feasibility study in accordance with the Code guidance which substantiates any LZC Technologies used on the site.

Ene 8   Cycle Storage
We will liaise with your design team to ensure that adequate cycle storage, access routes and security details are provided on the working drawings.   We will ensure the relevant storage is appropriately constructed.

Ene 9   Home Office
We will liaise with your working drawing consultant and advise directly the suitable location of the Home Office as well as conveying the requirements of the Code. Required Daylighting Calculations will be carried out to ensure the Code criteria is met which also substantiates the advised location of the ‘Home Office’. This ensures that when the drawings are received for assessment by the Code Assessor, they will be correct in respect of this credit.
