The Scope of the Code Management Service is shown in the menu above for each respective credit under the Code for Sustainable Homes.

The provision of the Code Management Service may either be commissioned in part or in its entirety, at a discounted rate.

4.0 Surface Water Run-off

Sur 1 Management of Surface Water Run-off from developments
We will liaise with your appointed consultant civil engineer to ensure that he designs the drainage to achieve the specification required to achieve maximum credits.

Sur 2 Flood Risk
Where an existing report is not available we will appoint an appropriately qualified engineer to undertake a Flood Risk Assessment. Where appropriate we will confirm that the necessary levels or other flood defence measures have been achieved / incorporated.
