The provision of the Code Management Service may either be commissioned in part or in its entirety, at a discounted rate.

5.0 Waste

Was 1 Storage of non-recyclable waste and recyclable household waste
We will undertake a feasibility study to establish the storage requirements and appropriate locations and liaise with your design team to ensure that the requirements are detailed, together with suitable access arrangements on your working drawings. We will ensure the systems are correctly constructed, obtain all the necessary as built confirmations and confirmation from the LA or management company that the bins will be maintained or emptied on a regular basis.

Was 2 Construction Site Waste Management
We will produce your Site Waste Management Plan and provide induction to your site team and contractors explaining the process and relevance of the plan whilst ensuring the monitoring and reporting during construction. We will ensure all necessary reports and results are compiled in time for the Post Construction Review.

Was 3 Composting
We will undertake a feasibility study to establish the type of composting facility required and liaise with your design team to ensure that a correctly specified and accessible composting facility is provided. We will produce and supply the required information leaflet for the facility in accordance with the Code guidance and ensure the designed system is built correctly in accordance with the Code.
